Homemaker Personal Care Transportation
Homemaker/Personal Care, often called HPC, supports a person to be more independent while meeting their daily living needs. In this particular instance, our residential staff is able to provide transportation for outings and community integration. for those who require it. If you or your loved one has an important appointment coming up, say a medical visit or a dental procedure, we can drive them door-to-door. But this service isn't just for those who have somewhere important to go. Socialization is hugely important for those with developmental disabilities, and we can also help them to simply engage with their community, to get out into the world for a day, and have a good time. Non-Medical Transportation
In addition, we offer transportation for individuals that need them to-and-from the Adult Day Services program. As described on our Services page, Adult Day Services are programs where individuals with developmental disabilities can get out for a day of supervised fun; being social, getting exercise, having meals, and enjoying themselves.
